With the completion of the airport’s three-runway system and the recent policy address, the government has proposed actively developing the low-altitude economy to promote the application of aviation technology in various fields. In alignment with the national '14th Five-Year Plan,' the demand for talent in the aviation industry will be substantial in the future. We believe that the coming years will be a golden period for cultivating talent in the aviation and technology sectors.

As a group of Hong Kong-raised pilots, we are looking forward to collaborating with local educational institutions to assist students in unlocking their potential for future development, thereby solidifying Hong Kong's position as an important aviation hub and a center for innovation and technology.
